How it works
Three steps from idea to delivered project
01 Plan & build
Tell us about the project and build your campaign page with our support. No bank details needed.
02 Submit & refine
We review every campaign for eligibility, clarity, budget and charitable fit, then help you tidy anything that needs it.
03 Share & deliver
Share your approved campaign with your community, deliver the project, and tell everyone how it went.

Support RFGWhat Ready Fund Grow is
- An Australian not-for-profit company. Charity registration and DGR endorsement have been applied for and are not yet in place.
- A fundraising platform offered at no cost to eligible organisations.
- A reviewer — every campaign is checked before it goes live.
- The holder of funds, released to the organisation after the campaign closes and the project is verified.
What it isn't
- Not a shop. Projects are stories and outcomes, not products for sale.
- Not an all-or-nothing platform. Organisations keep everything they raise.
- Not the project owner. The organisation plans, promotes and delivers the project.
- Not a supplier. Using WaterUps or any other supplier is always optional.
Got a project waiting on funding?
The point is the project, not the paperwork. Start a draft, save it and come back — you don't need bank details to begin.
