Running a campaign on Ready Fund Grow costs your organisation nothing. There's no sign-up cost, no subscription and no percentage taken out of your campaign. Ready Fund Grow doesn't take a percentage of donations raised for your campaign, and our work is supported by our funders.
Contributions are processed securely through an external payment provider. Any applicable third-party transaction costs will be explained before a contribution is confirmed.
Why we exist
The project is ready. The funding often isn’t.
Schools and communities often already have the idea, the people and the plan. What stops the project moving is funding.
Grants help, but they are limited, competitive and often time-consuming.
Ready Fund Grow gives organisations another way to raise the funding they need through their community and funding partners, without a platform fee.

Communities backing local projects
Families, neighbours and local businesses give to a project they can see from the school gate. Ready Fund Grow takes no platform fee or commission.
Funders creating impact at scale
Foundations, corporates and councils fund a region, a theme or a pool of projects. Corporate and philanthropic support can help eligible projects and the Foundation's broader charitable work.
When both happen at once the effect compounds: a partner's seed or matched funding gives a community campaign early momentum, and a community's own effort shows a funder exactly where their money is welcome.
Our heritage
Where Ready Fund Grow came from
Ready Fund Grow evolved from ReadyFundGo, an online fundraising service acquired by WaterUps. Rather than keep running a general-purpose platform, it was restructured as a new not-for-profit company with a focused mission.
That distinction matters: this is not the old platform with a new name. Ready Fund Grow has its own purpose, its own governance and a narrower remit — projects with clear educational, environmental and community benefit.
WaterUps remains a related party and a supplier some organisations choose to use. Using WaterUps products is always optional and never a condition of approval.

Funding targets
What if we don't reach our fundraising target?
Every contribution counts. You don't need to reach your fundraising target to access the funds raised for your approved project. If your campaign raises less than expected, Ready Fund Grow will work with you to adjust the project scope, deliver it in stages or find another suitable way to achieve its intended charitable purpose. The funds raised remain available to support your project, subject to the usual verification and funding arrangements.
Every campaign sets out what can be delivered at a smaller amount as well as at the full target, so supporters can see in advance exactly what their contribution makes possible.

An Australian not-for-profit company
Ready Fund Grow is operated by Ready Fund Grow Foundation Limited (ABN 31 702 702 887), a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. The Foundation is progressing ACNC charity registration, including PBI registration, and pursuing DGR endorsement. Neither has been granted yet.

Dana Casimaty
Director
Dana brings extensive experience in education advancement, philanthropy, fundraising and community engagement. Her background includes senior roles in the Australian independent education sector, European financial services and management consulting.
Mark Rowland
Director
Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in innovation, sustainability and collaborative projects. He has worked extensively across business, education and charitable organisations, including through his involvement with Green Our Planet and other environmental initiatives.
Sophie Collins
Director
Sophie has more than 10 years of experience across technology, government, artificial intelligence and project management. She brings expertise in digital systems, business operations, innovation and developing scalable solutions.
Oliver White
Director
Oliver is an educator, sustainability leader and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience across Australian and international schools, environmental education and project development. He now leads national education partnerships and growth at WaterUps, working with schools and community organisations to develop practical projects and funding pathways.
