How it works
You lead the project. We help you fund it.
Here’s how a project moves from idea to approved campaign, funding and delivery.
Part A
For organisations creating a campaign
1. Tell us about the project
Tell us what you want to achieve, who it will benefit and roughly what it will cost.
2. Build the campaign
Add your story, images, intended outcome and budget. Save and come back as many times as you need.
3. Submit for review
When you're ready, submit for review. Nothing publishes automatically.
4. Refine with our support
We review for eligibility, clarity, budget, accuracy and charitable fit, and tell you plainly what needs adjusting.
5. Share the approved campaign
Once approved, your campaign goes live with a link, share cards and a QR code you can print.
6. Raise support
Families, local businesses and neighbours give. Campaign funds remain allocated to the approved project, even if the target is not reached.
7. Confirm and deliver the project
The campaign closes, we verify the project, and funds are applied to what was approved.
8. Show what was delivered
Post progress and completion updates. Your supporters get to see what they paid for.
Worth knowing before you start
- Nothing publishes automatically — every campaign is reviewed for eligibility, clarity, budget, accuracy and charitable fit.
- You don't need bank details to create or submit a campaign.
- Contributions are received and tracked by Ready Fund Grow against the approved campaign.
- Material changes after launch need RFG approval.
- You provide progress and completion updates so supporters see the result.
Part B
How money flows
- 1
A supporter contributes
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No account required.
- 2
Stripe processes the payment
Securely, with an optional top-up covering processing.
- 3
Funds are received and held in trust by RFG
Ready Fund Grow receives the contribution — not the organisation.
- 4
Recorded against the campaign
Every contribution is tracked against the approved campaign and purpose.
- 5
Campaign closes and the project is verified
We confirm the project is ready to proceed as approved.
- 6
Funding agreement and bank verification
The organisation signs a funding agreement; bank details are verified at this point.
- 7
RFG transfers the funds
Usually one payment to the organisation, or direct to an approved supplier in exceptions.
- 8
Project delivered and reported
The organisation delivers and reports back; outcomes are shared as a story.
The key principle: Ready Fund Grow manages campaign funding and applies it only to the approved project after verification.
Part C
Two funding pathways. One project.
Funding partners support projects at scale
Foundations, businesses and councils can support projects by region, theme or program.
Partner with RFGCommunities support local projects
Families, local businesses and community supporters contribute directly to approved campaigns.
